Physical store
The physical store in Antwerp is very important, because contact with the evolution of the needs of customers and their animals is important and only possible through personal contact and 100% commitment. Meet customers face to face and hear directly what they find important and beautiful, their opinion about our collection and the needs of their animals. The shop also gives customers the opportunity to view and choose the articles live, to compare color samples or to ask for advice. Dogs can themselves come with their owner and choose their pillow or ideal harness, choose their favorite toy or dog coat. Every now and then even a cat comes along for shopping, usually for a cat harness.

Philosophy regarding the collection
PurrFect Design does not have the ambition to compete with classic pet shops. The range is therefore more limited, but is mainly selected for offering an alternative to the classic pet supplies. As a result, few items come from wholesalers, but come from people who make beautiful items (handmade) or small companies with the same passion as us that produce one or a few items on a small scale.
Most items are therefore produced in Europe. And most of our cat toys are made with natural materials from small producers that do not cause animal suffering *

Looks are important...
PurrFect Design offers a selective yet varied range. Functional and qualitative products, which also integrate nicely into your interior. For the animal, the product must be comfortable, solid and fun or functional. But admit it ... it is displayed and used in your home... so the look in important as well.

We are happy to answer all your questions and help you make the right (size) choice if desired. This is important because every situation and every animal is unique. Being available online for orders is important for those who do not have the ability to come to the store in Antwerp or select items earlier, but wish to purchase them later. It also gives the possibility to have everything delivered to your home.
