The side panels are soft, yet sturdy enough to lay against and rest the head on. For maximum comfort, the mattress is filled with viscoelastic foam. This material adapts perfectly to the body shape of the dog and provides optimum support for the spine and relieves the joints. Visco foam is permanently elastic and offers a unique pressure relief for exceptional lying comfort.

Info and Maintenance: 
- The side filling is made of extremely soft, open cell foam. To obtain the excellent properties of this material in the long run, the cushion should be maintained and cleaned accordingly. The best cleaning procedure for the inner cushion is to laundry it with a commercially available mild detergents at temperatures up to 60° C. It is not recommended to use highly chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing additives. A brownish discoloration of the foam can not be avoided, but has no effect on the quality of the foam.
After washing and rinsing please remove as much water possible through the spin cycle. The inner cushion can be best dried by air on a rack. It can also be tumble dried at low temperature, but please avoid over-drying.
- The cushion filling: best cleaning procedure for the inner cushion is to laundry it with a commercially available mild detergents at temperatures up to 30° C. It is not recommended to use highly chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing additives. A brownish discoloration of the foam can not be avoided, but has no effect on the quality of the foam.
After washing and rinsing please remove as much water possible through the spin cycle. The inner cushion can be best dried by air on a rack. It can also be tumble dried at low temperature, but please avoid over-drying.

- Cover: The fabric Felice is washable at 60 ° C or can be dry cleaned. After washing, best let it air dry on a rack.
Please note that nevertheless by intensive use the surface of the fabric may be roughened and lint nodules can form (so called pilling). Despite pilling resistance this can not entirely be prevented and therefore is therefore no reason for complaint.
For simple and uncomplicated cleaning in between, just vacuum the surface of the cover with an upholstery brush.
