Fairtrade Mouse

The FairTrade Mouse is a cute play mouse for your cat, and with bells.

This mouse is made of 100% pure organic wool from New Zealand. In a workshop Kathmandu (Nepal) the wool is felted and this is the beautiful result!

Mouse about 9cm excl tail, and about 22 to 25cm incl tail.
NOT suitable for cats that eat wool.

BeYoona works with felters and felters for a fair daily wages. BeYoona visits the workshops itself, checks the working conditions and keeps the production small-scale and personal.

Animal welfare and CO2 compensation : BeYoona products are made from 100% wool from New Zealand where an Animal Welfare Act has been in force since 1999 and since 2018 mulesing (cutting away pieces of skin with maggots) is prohibited by law and there are hefty fines. Of course, BeYoona closely follows the findings and investigates whether this law is properly complied with.
